1,977 PPP and EIDL prosecutions from the DOJ index, each classified as identity theft (246 cases, where another person's identity or information was used) or self-inflation (1,731 cases, where the defendant applied in their own name and misstated payroll, revenue, or documents), with the basis, a confidence grade, and a supporting excerpt.
