Main Street Lending Program and PPPLF transaction disclosures
The Federal Reserve's transaction-level disclosures for two pandemic facilities: 1,830 Main Street loans as of 31 January 2021, and 346 PPPLF advance records as of 31 March 2026.
What it is
Section 13(3) of the Federal Reserve Act requires the Board to disclose the transactions inside an emergency lending facility. These are the two workbooks for the pandemic facilities that lent against small-business credit: Main Street, where Reserve Banks bought participations in loans made by banks to mid-sized companies, and the PPPLF, where Reserve Banks lent to institutions against PPP loans as collateral.
The Main Street sheet is loan by loan: lender, borrower, both locations, origination date, purchase date, principal, maturity, rate and the fee paid. The PPPLF sheet is advance by advance at the lender level: institution, advance date, maturity, original and current outstanding amount, collateral and rate.
Where it comes from
Both were downloaded on 2026-07-21 from the Board's publications file paths, listed on its reports-to-Congress-in-response-to-covid-19 page. The Main Street file is the last one of its kind: the acquisition notes record the Board's statement that no transaction-specific Main Street disclosures would follow the April 2021 report. The PPPLF series did not stop, and the file here is a snapshot of it.

Caveats
- The MSLP workbook (sheet mslp) holds 1,830 transaction rows for a single report-as-of date, 2021-01-31, published 2021-04-12. Below the data it carries the publisher's own footnote row: "1. Loans with multiple borrower names listed have multiple co-borrowers." and four empty rows.
- The MSLP file is the terminal transaction-specific disclosure for Main Street: the acquisition notes record the Board's statement that no further MSLP transaction-specific disclosures would follow the April 2021 report. That is a publisher statement preserved in the notes, not an inference from the file date.
- The PPPLF workbook (sheet Detailed_Report) holds 346 rows for report-as-of date 2026-03-31, published 2026-04-13. Interest Rate is 0.35 in every row and Comments is N/A in every row.
- The PPPLF series continues after the file in this release: local records already carry publisher URLs for the 2026-05-12 and 2026-06-11 releases, which are not in this collection. This collection is a snapshot, not the latest PPPLF disclosure.
- Both workbooks are lender-level (and, for MSLP, borrower-level) transaction disclosures, not a complete facility history. The other section 13(3) facility series are enumerated in the collection's facility-series register.
