This updates you folks as to three items.

First, plaintiffs withdraw the deposition notices issued for the Phase I depositions of Ms. Nunez and Mr. Castillo without
prejudice to rescheduling these witnesses as part of Phase II discovery. Plaintiffs intend to proceed with the deposition of
Mr. Martinez 8/21 as noticed and scheduled.

Second, given the recent evidence indicating that Prestamos funded Ms. Drevnak’s $1,250 loan and despite Ms.
Drevnak’s testimony yesterday that she instructed her bank to return those proceeds to Prestamos, plaintiffs also propose
dismissing Ms. Drevnak as a class representative plaintiff. Plaintiffs propose doing so with prejudice if Prestamos agrees
to not pursue repayment of that loan or interest from Ms. Drevnak or impair her credit rating regarding it.

Third, plaintiffs agree to the filing of the attached draft stipulation you emailed 7/23/24. Assuming the parties agree
regarding Ms. Drevnak per above, we can add her to that stipulation or submit another one. We favor the former, which
would require just the addition of a couple paras.

Please advise.

Thank you.

Larry
