IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF PENNSYLVANIA ALICIA MARSHALL, et al., Plaintiffs, v. PRESTAMOS CDFI, LLC, Defendant. Civil Action No. 5:21-cv-04337-JMG PLAINTIFFS’ NOTICE OF CHANGE OF LAW FIRM PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the attorneys of Nolan Heller Kauffman LLP (“NHK”), proposed co-counsel for the Plaintiffs and the proposed classes (ECF No. 138), joined the law firm of Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP (“WOH”) effective January 1, 2025. For purposes of this litigation, WOH succeeds NHK and, after a wind down period, NHK will cease to exist. Having joined a law firm with approximately one hundred more attorneys than NHK, we submit to the Court that we remain qualified co-counsel and adequate to represent the proposed classes as set forth in the Plaintiffs’ motion for class certification and accompanying evidence.
