FILE PORTIONS OF APPENDIX IN SUPPORT OF OPPOSITION  
TO PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR CLASS CERTIFICATION UNDER SEAL 
Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 5.1.5., the Court’s Policies and Procedures Section I.D., and 
the Confidentiality Agreement and Protective Order in this case (Dkt. 19), Prestamos CDFI, LLC 
(“Prestamos”) hereby moves for an Order permitting Prestamos to file certain Confidential and 
Highly Confidential information contained in the Appendix in Support of its Opposition to 
Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification under seal.  As grounds for seeking leave to file under 
seal, Prestamos relies on the Memorandum of Law submitted herewith. 
WHEREFORE, Prestamos respectfully requests that the Court grant leave to file certain 
Confidential and Highly Confidential information contained in the Appendix in Support of its 
Opposition to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification under seal.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Prestamos shall file redacted versions of the sealed 
documents on the public docket unless the redactions would be so extensive as to render the 
document unreadable.
