AHMADOU, ENOBONG ETUKNWA, GUY GRICHAR, AND LEONA OWSLEY 
AS PUTATIVE CLASS REPRESENTATIVES 
 
WHEREAS, by Order on May 2, 2024 (ECF No. 107), the Court granted Plaintiffs’ 
motion to file a third amended complaint and Plaintiffs’ Third Amended Complaint was 
docketed and deemed filed (ECF No. 108); 
WHEREAS, by Order on May 28, 2024 (ECF No. 123), the Court issued an Amended 
Scheduling Order directing that all fact discovery in Phase One (1) shall be completed no later 
than August 30, 2024; 
WHEREAS, counsel for Defendant has concluded depositions of the named class 
representative Plaintiffs; 
           WHEREAS, Defendant agrees to treat all discovery concerning Plaintiffs produced in this 
case as confidential to be used solely for purposes of this litigation only and not disclosed to any 
other person or entity or otherwise used outside this litigation;

WHEREAS, counsel for the parties have met and conferred and agreed to the voluntary 
dismissal of Named Plaintiffs Kolawole Ahmadou, Enobong Etuknwa, Guy Grichar, and Leona 
Owsley as putative class representatives; 
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby stipulate as follows: 
1. 
Named Plaintiffs Kolawole Ahmadou, Enobong Etuknwa, Guy Grichar, and 
Leona Owsley shall be dismissed as putative class representatives with prejudice. 
2. 
Defendant (including its parent and subsidiaries) shall not seek repayment of any 
PPP loan proceeds or interest from or otherwise impair the credit ratings of Plaintiffs Kolawole 
Ahmadou, Enobong Etuknwa, and Guy Grichar.
