REPORTS AND TO EXCLUDE EXPERT TESTIMONY 
 
Pursuant to Federal Rule of Evidence 702 and Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, 
Inc., 509 U.S. 579 (1993), and its progeny, Defendant Prestamos CDFI, LLC (“Defendant” or 
“Prestamos”) respectfully moves this Court to strike Plaintiffs’ class certification expert reports 
from William Manger, William, Briggs, and Steven Feinstein, and to exclude the testimony from 
those experts.  The grounds for this Motion are set forth in the accompanying memorandum of 
law.
