PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR PARTIAL RECONSIDERATION OF 
THE COURT’S APRIL 30, 2025 RULING 
 
Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e) and Your Honor’s Policy and Procedures rule § II. B. 7, 
Plaintiffs1 respectfully submit this motion seeking partial reconsideration of the Court’s ruling 
filed April 30, 2025 that denied Plaintiffs’ motion for class certification, and granted in part and 
denied in part defendant Prestamos’ motion to exclude Plaintiffs’ experts reports and testimony 
(the “Ruling”). ECF No. 152. 
Plaintiffs seek reconsideration of the Court’s Ruling limited to only Plaintiffs’ request 
that the Court certify their Declaratory Judgment Class under Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(a) and (b)(2). In 
support thereof, Plaintiffs are filing and incorporate herewith their accompanying brief.
