DEFENDANT PRESTAMOS CDFI, LLC’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT 
 
Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56, Defendant Prestamos CDFI, LLC 
(“Prestamos”), by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby moves for summary judgment as 
to Count One of Plaintiffs’ Third Amended Complaint (Dkt. 108). 
 
For the reasons set forth in the attached Brief in support of this Motion and 
accompanying Statement of Undisputed Material Facts and Appendix with exhibits, no genuine 
dispute of material fact exists and the Court should grant Prestamos’s motion, enter judgment in 
Prestamos’s favor as a matter of law, and dismiss Count One of the Third Amended Complaint 
with prejudice.
