Civil Action No. 5:21-cv-04337-JMG PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE JOINT APPENDIX IN OPPOSITION TO DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT UNDER SEAL Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 5.1.5., the Court’s Policies and Procedures Section I.D., and the Confidentiality Agreement and Protective Order in this case (ECF Nos. 19-20), Plaintiffs hereby move for an Order permitting Plaintiffs to file under seal certain Confidential and Highly Confidential information contained in Plaintiffs’ Joint Appendix in Opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. As grounds for seeking leave to file under seal, Plaintiffs rely on the Memorandum of Law submitted herewith. WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs respectfully request that the Court grant leave to file certain Confidential and Highly Confidential information contained in their Joint Appendix in Opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment under seal.
