JUDGMENT UNDER SEAL
Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 5.1.5., the Court’s Policies and Procedures Section I.D., and
the Confidentiality Agreement and Protective Order in this case (Dkt. 19), Defendant Prestamos
CDFI, LLC (“Prestamos”) hereby moves for an Order permitting Prestamos to file certain
Confidential and Highly Confidential information contained in the Appendix in Support of its
Motion for Summary Judgment under seal. As grounds for seeking leave to file under seal,
Prestamos relies on the Memorandum of Law submitted herewith.
WHEREFORE, Prestamos respectfully requests that the Court grant leave to file
Confidential and Highly Confidential information contained in the Appendix in Support of its
Motion for Summary Judgment under seal.
