Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ request for a 45 day extension of certain deadlines in the 
Court’s April 17, 2024 Scheduling Order (ECF No. 102). Having considered Plaintiffs’ requested 
extension and that Defendant does not oppose Plaintiffs’ request for the extension, the Court 
hereby ORDERS as follows:  
1. Plaintiffs’ requested extension is hereby GRANTED. 
2. All deadlines set forth in paragraphs. 9 – 16 of the Court’s April 17, 2024 Scheduling 
Order (ECF No. 102) are hereby extended by 45 days.
