MOTION FOR RELIEF ON BOND CONDITION
COMES NOW fayne, marurice johnson el, real party in interest,
a Moor American National, but not a citizen of the UNITED STATES hereby files
this motion for relief and respectfully moves the Court to grant relief for a previous
motion filed, that is unopposed. In support, real party in interest states the
following;
On August 6, 2020 a motion was filed with the court to modify the
conditions of bond release. fayne, maurice johnson el, real party in interest, filed a
motion to modify bond conditions to allow him to travel for work with no curfew
and to confront potential witness against him, for his defense.

The government has not filed a motion opposing the modification
of the bond condition.
WHERFORE, real party in interest respectfully requests that the
court grants the motion for reliet A proposed order is enclosed.
