IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA ATLANTA DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. MAURICE FAYNE : : : : : : CRIMINAL CASE NO. 1:20-CR-00228-MHC-JKL O R D E R Having duly considered Defendant’s emergency motion for permission to travel, the same is hereby GRANTED. Defendant is authorized to travel to Arkansas to visit with his grandmother from Sunday, August 16, 2020 through Sunday, August 23, 2020, so he can be there with his grandmother post-surgery. The Defendant shall provide the itinerary of his travel to his supervising probation officer, Dennis Tudor. All other conditions of his bond remain in full force and effect.
