Having reviewed the unopposed motion for modification of bond condition
to travel with no curfew and to interview/depose potential witness for his defense
and finding good cause, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion. The alleged
defendant shall be allowed to travel for work with no curfew and interview/depose

The delay for interviewing and deposing witness shall be excluded from
Speedy Trial Act calculations, because the Courts finds the delay to be in good
cause and the interests ofjustice, while outweighing the public’s and the
defendant’s rights to a speedy trial. 18 U.S.C. section 3161. et seq.
