O R D E R 
After a hearing conducted by remote means, with the Defendant’s consent, 
the Court GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART Defendant’s Motion for 
Modification of Bond Conditions.  Specifically, the Court denied Defendant’s 
request for elimination of his travel restriction but the Court indicated, as explained 
in more detail in the hearing, that it would consider any discrete requests the 
Defendant may present for specific, limited trips necessary to accommodate 
filming-related projects that the Defendant may wish to participate in, with 
verification.   
The Court also denied Defendant’s request for relief from the bond condition 
prohibiting contact with witnesses, for the reasons stated in more detail in the 
hearing, with the exception that Defendant may engage in written correspondence 
with the banks involved in this case to request copies of his or his companies’ 
banking records.

Otherwise, Defendant’s request for modification of conditions of release was 
denied.
