O R D E R 
Defendant, who is temporarily in Arkansas pursuant to prior permission from 
the Court, has advised the Court that he has been directed to quarantine until 
September 25, 2020 because of Covid-19 exposure.  Thus, the Court extends the 
temporary travel permission and allows the Defendant to remain in Arkansas, at the 
family residence previously disclosed to pretrial services, to return to Atlanta, 
Georgia on Saturday, September 26, 2020.   
Defendant shall report to pretrial services first thing Monday, September 28, 
2020 or otherwise as instructed by his supervising officer.   
Because of the reason for this extension, and to further protect the public, 
Defendant must remain on home-incarceration status while in Arkansas.  In other 
words, he is to remain in the residence at all times except as strictly necessary for 
medical emergencies, which must be disclosed as soon as possible to pretrial 
services.
