O R D E R 
The Court has received an email from the Defendant dated September 28, 2020, 
indicating that a written motion has been mailed to the Court, requesting permission to 
travel to Arkansas for purposes of participating in a series of paid “video shoots” 
beginning tomorrow, September 30, 2020, through October 7, 2020.  The Defendant has 
previously been advised against requesting such relief in the form of email 
communications.  Further, this “video shoot” request does not qualify as an emergency 
and therefore cannot be presented to the Court the day of or before proposed 
travel.  Thus, the request is DENIED.   
The Court and the Government require sufficient time to verify the proposed travel 
and Defendant’s living arrangements and Defendant’s inappropriately last-minute non-
urgent request is deficient in that regard.  The paperwork submitted is also insufficiently 
vague as to where the “video shoots” will be located and where Defendant will reside 
during this time.  Future requests to travel such as these require at least Fourteen (14) 
days advance notice and must be made by written motion.
