O R D E R 
Having duly considered Defendant’s request for permission to travel, the same 
is hereby GRANTED. Defendant is authorized to travel to Arkansas from Sunday, 
September 6, 2020 through Wednesday, September 9, 2020, for a court proceeding 
in Desha County Circuit Court scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 9:30 
a.m. before the Honorable Sam Pope.   
Defendant shall provide the itinerary of his travel to his supervising probation 
officer, Dennis Tudor. 
Defendant has indicated that he will still be able to participate via 
videoconference in the previously-scheduled hearing on September 8, 2020 at 2:00 
p.m. before the undersigned on the pending motion for modification of 
bond.  Therefore, the Court will retain that hearing on the calendar.
