O R D E R 
The Court has received Defendant’s request for travel to Arkansas on 
September 28 through October 4, 2020 for a required court appearance and for a 
wake and funeral of an individual for whom the Defendant does not explain the 
relationship.  The Court’s probation officer has verified that Defendant, in fact, has 
a required Court date in Arkansas on September 29, 2020 at 9:30 am.   
Therefore, permission is granted to the Defendant to travel on September 28, 
2020 to Arkansas.  Defendant must furnish all details of travel and where he is to 
stay to the probation officer.   
Defendant is not to have any contact with any potential witnesses in this case 
about the facts of this matter, to include Gannell Tubbs, and is not to reside at any 
location with Gannell Tubbs.   
Defendant has not sufficiently explained or verified the other matter alleged 
in his motion.  Thus, the Court at this time requires Defendant to return to Atlanta

after the conclusion of the court hearing on September 29, 2020.
