Upon consideration of the Parties’ Joint Motion to Set a Briefing Schedule 
for Pretrial Motions and to Extend Page Limits for Defendant’s Motion for Partial 
Summary Judgment, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 
1. 
 Pretrial Motions are due on Friday, October 17, 2025; 
2. 
Oppositions to Pretrial Motions are due on Friday, January 9, 2026; 
3. 
Replies in Support of Pretrial Motions are due on Friday, February 20, 
2026;  
4. 
The Pretrial Motions shall be heard on Friday, April 17, 2026, or on such 
other date as determined by the Court; 
5. 
Defendant’s opening brief in support of its partial motion for summary 
judgment shall not exceed 50 pages, and Defendant’s separate statement 
of undisputed material facts in support of same shall not exceed 50 
pages; 
6. 
Plaintiffs’ opposition to Defendant’s partial motion for summary 
judgment shall not exceed 50 pages, and Plaintiffs’ response to BANA’s 
separate statement of undisputed material facts in support of same shall 
not exceed 50 pages; 
7. 
Defendant’s reply brief in support of its partial motion for summary 
judgment shall not exceed 25 pages; and

shall proceed according to the briefing schedule set forth herein and 
shall be subject to the page limitations set forth in Civil Local Rule 
7.1(h) and this Court’s Civil Pretrial & Trial Procedures.
