ORDER 
Upon consideration of Defendant’s Motion to File Documents Under Seal in 
Reply Brief in Support of its Motion to Reconsider May 29, 2025 Order Granting in 
Part and Denying in Part Defendant’s Motion for Protective Order (“Motion to Seal”), 
the Court concludes that good cause exists to seal the documents.  Accordingly, the 
Court GRANTS Defendant’s Motion to Seal the following: 
• 
Portions of Defendant’s Reply Brief in Support of its Motion to 
Reconsider May 29, 2025 Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part 
Defendant’s Motion for Protective Order, and 
• 
Portions of the Declaration of Lindsay Hoyle in Support of Defendant’s 
Reply Brief in Support of its Motion to Reconsider May 29, 2025 Order 
Granting in Part and Denying in Part Defendant’s Motion for Protective 
Order.
