ORDER 
Having read and considered the Parties’ Joint Statement Re: Class Notice 
including the Stipulated Proposed Notice Plan (ECF No. 518 at 1:12-4:2 & Exhibits 1-
3) and the Parties’ Joint Motion Regarding Class Notice (ECF No. 538; the “Joint 
Motion”), the Court finds that the proposed form of notice and the proposed method of 
providing class notice satisfies the requirements of Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil 
Procedure and due process, and hereby APPROVES the Parties’ Stipulated Proposed 
Notice Plan.  
The Court hereby ORDERS as follows: 
1. 
The Parties’ Stipulated Proposed Notice Plan (ECF No. 518 at 1:12-4:2) is 
approved; 
2. 
The Court approves, as to form and content, the revised proposed Long-
Form Notice (ECF No. 538-2), Short-Form Notice (ECF No. 538-4), and Postcard 
Notice (ECF No. 538-6) in substantially the forms attached to the Joint Motion; 
3. 
Within 21 days of the date of this order, Defendant Bank of America, N.A. 
shall provide to the selected Notice Administrator a class list, in electronic form (i.e. 
Excel), containing the name, last-known mailing address, and last-known email address 
(where available) corresponding to the Card Alias ID of each class member; 
4. 
Within 40 days of the date of this order (“Notice Date”), the Notice 
Administrator shall create a case-specific website and contemporaneously disseminate 
notice in accordance with the stipulated proposed Notice Plan; 
5. 
The deadline for class members to request exclusion from one or more 
Classes (“Exclusion Deadline”) shall be 60 days after the Notice Date, and such date 
shall be included in the Long-Form Notice, Short-Form Notice, Postcard Notice, and 
Case Website;  
6. 
Within 10 days of the Exclusion Deadline, Class Counsel shall file all 
exclusion requests with the Court;

Upon expiration of the 60-day opt-out period (subject to extension for class 
members for whom service cannot be completed at the last known address), Bank of 
America will provide Class Counsel, for each class member who does not opt out of the 
class, the corresponding class member’s full name, last known mailing address, e-mail 
address where available, and phone number, and include an index corresponding class 
member names to Card Alias ID; and 
8. 
The costs of notice in accordance with the stipulated Proposed Notice Plan 
shall be divided evenly between Class Plaintiffs and the Defendant. 
IT IS SO ORDERED.
