Upon consideration of Defendant’s Motion to File Documents Under Seal in
Support of its Motion to Stay Pending Resolution of Rule 23(f) Petition, the Court
concludes that good cause exists to seal the documents. Accordingly the Court
GRANTS Defendant’s Motion to Seal the following:
• Exhibit 1 to the Declaration of Valerie Haggans in Support of
Defendant’s Motion to Stay Pending Resolution of Rule 23(f) Petition
and
• Portions of the Motion to Stay Pending Resolution of Rule 23(f) Petition
