ORDER 
Upon consideration of Defendant’s Unopposed Motion to Seal Portions of the 
Class Certification Order, the Court concludes that compelling reasons exist to seal 
portions of the Order.  Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s Unopposed 
Motion to Seal Portions of the Class Certification Order and ORDERS Defendant to 
email to the Court’s efile email a public redacted version with the highlighted portions 
of the agreed upon redactions blackened out on or before June 24, 2025.  
IT IS SO ORDERED.
