ORDER 
Upon consideration of Defendant’s and the Individual Plaintiffs’ (the “Parties”) 
Joint Motion to Continue the Stay of the Individual Plaintiffs’ Proceedings, the Court 
concludes that good cause exists to continue the stay entered on September 19, 2024 
(Dkt. 338) at least until BANA’s forthcoming Rule 23(f) petition is resolved by the 
Ninth Circuit, and through the end of dispositive motion practice in the Class Action 
if the Classes are not decertified as a result of a Rule 23(f) appeal or on a related 
motion for decertification.  Accordingly the Court GRANTS the Parties’ Motion.  
IT IS SO ORDERED.
