ORDER 
Upon consideration of Defendant’s Motion to Seal Documents Filed in Support 
of its Motion to Reconsider May 29, 2025 Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part 
Defendant’s Motion for Protective Order, the Court concludes that good cause exists 
to seal the documents.  Accordingly the Court GRANTS Defendant’s Motion to Seal 
the following:
