Upon consideration of Plaintiffs’ Motion to File Documents Under Seal, the Court 
hereby GRANTS the motion and ORDERS that Plaintiffs may file under seal (1) Exhibits 
1 through 6 to the Declaration of Connie K. Chan in Support of Plaintiffs’ Memorandum 
of Points and Authorities in Opposition to Defendant’s Motion to Stay Pending Resolution 
of Rule 23(f) Petition (“Stay Opposition”), which contain deposition testimony that 
Defendant Bank of America, N.A. (the “Bank”) has designated as “Confidential” pursuant 
to the Protective Order; and (2) portions of Plaintiffs’ Stay Opposition that quote from 
those exhibits. 
IT IS SO ORDERED.
