ORDER
Upon consideration of Defendant’s Motion to Seal Documents Filed in Support
of its Reply in Support of its Motion for a Protective Order, the Court concludes that
good cause exists to seal the documents.  Accordingly the Court GRANTS
Defendant’s Motion to Seal the following:
•
Portions of Defendant’s Reply in Support of Defendant’s Motion for a
Protective Order;
•
Portions of Declaration of Lindsay E. Hoyle in Support of Defendant’s
Reply in Support of its Motion for Protective Order;
•
Portions of Hoyle Declaration Exhibits 20 and 21; and
•
Hoyle Declaration Exhibits 18 and 19 in their entirety.
