ORDER
Upon consideration of Defendant’s Motion to Seal Documents Filed in Support
of its Motion for a Protective Order, the Court concludes that good cause exists to seal
the documents. Accordingly the Court GRANTS Defendant’s Motion to Seal the
following:
•
Portions of Defendant’s Memorandum of Points and Authorities in
Support of Defendant’s Motion for a Protective Order;
•
Portions of Riffee Declaration Exhibits 1-4, 10 and 15; and
•
Riffee Declaration Exhibits 5-9, 11-14 and 16-17 in their entirety.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
