ORDER 
Upon consideration of Defendant’s Motion to Seal Portions of the Stay Hearing 
Transcript, the Court concludes that good cause and compelling reasons exist to seal 
portions of the transcript.  Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s Motion to 
Seal Portions of the Stay Hearing Transcript and ORDERS the Court Reporter to 
apply redactions to the Stay Hearing Transcript as set forth in the previously lodged 
Exhibit A to the Motion. 
IT IS SO ORDERED.
