Womply (aggregator network)
Womply (aggregator network) is not an originating lender and has no row in the SBA PPP loan-level file. Womply was a technology platform that processed PPP applications for partner lenders, which held the SBA lender authority and took the processing fee. This archive counts more than 1,293,428 PPP loans through Womply, with more than $19,745,246,334.80 in approved dollars, more than 11.27% of all PPP loans in the SBA file. The count takes the Womply-referred loans that court records state for Benworth Capital, Fountainhead SBF LLC and Capital Plus Financial, LLC, and adds the loans that Harvest Small Business Finance, LLC, BSD Capital, LLC dba Lendistry, DreamSpring and Sunshine State Economic Development Corporation had approved in 2021, the year Womply's PPP Fast Lane operated; Womply loan count sets out each figure and its source. The dollar figure is a floor, because the court describes the Capital Plus loans only as worth over $950 million; Fountainhead's dollar figure is its 2021 SBA approvals, since its petition states only a loan count. Those loans were made by the lenders and are also counted in each lender's own row, and the 86,521 Capital Plus loans also sit in the Blueacorn row. The House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis's staff report of 1 December 2022, 036 2022.12.01 How Fintechs Facilitated Fraud In The Paycheck Protection Program, reports that over 1.3 million PPP loans that went through Womply were funded, out of the 2.58 million that Womply referred to lenders, and that Womply reviewed and referred approximately $16 billion in PPP loans by the end of the program; the report puts no approved-dollar total on those loans. The row carries no rank, because the ranked unit in these lists is the originating lender.

Partner lenders
Nine lenders are named as Womply partners by documents held in this archive and have a row in the SBA loan-level file. Five of them — Harvest Small Business Finance, LLC, Benworth Capital, Fountainhead SBF LLC, DreamSpring and Sunshine State Economic Development Corporation — used Womply's PPP Fast Lane service, according to the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis's staff report of 1 December 2022, held in this archive. Three more — Kabbage, Inc., FC Marketplace, LLC (dba Funding Circle) and Fundbox, Inc. — are named in Womply's PPP lender network by Basic Facts on the Coverage of the Paycheck Protection Program (November 2023), which lists twelve entities and says it sees no loans facilitated by four of them — Lendio, OnDeck, SmartBiz Loans and TMC Financing — in the SBA data; this archive finds no SBA row for those four either. The ninth is Capital Plus Financial, LLC: the court's opinion in Oto Analytics v. Capital Plus says it funded 86,521 Womply-referred loans worth over $950 million (Memorandum opinion and order on motion to dismiss — Womply v. Capital Plus). It is also a Blueacorn partner lender, and its whole PPP book is summed in the Blueacorn row, not in the partner lenders' totals above. Each partner keeps its own rank in the lender lists. The loans and dollars are that lender's whole PPP book rather than the part that came through Womply, and the fee column is that lender's modeled fee under SBA's published schedule, not Womply revenue, whose share was set by private agreements that are not in the data. The Womply loan count is built differently: it takes court-record figures for Benworth Capital, Fountainhead SBF LLC and Capital Plus Financial, LLC and the 2021 loans of Harvest Small Business Finance, LLC, BSD Capital, LLC dba Lendistry, DreamSpring and Sunshine State Economic Development Corporation, so it leaves out Kabbage, Inc., FC Marketplace, LLC (dba Funding Circle) and Fundbox, Inc.

Data and method
This row is not a row of the SBA file. The funded-loan count, the referred-application count and the referred dollar figure above are the House Select Subcommittee's, from its staff report of 1 December 2022, held in this archive. Everything labeled as the partner lenders' sums the whole PPP books of the partner lenders above except Capital Plus Financial, LLC, as the per-lender totals table holds them, from the SBA PPP FOIA loan-level release of 2024-09-30, recounted on 21 September 2026. Membership of the network is taken only from documents held in this archive that name the partnership. The fee rows are the sum of those lenders' own fees, modeled loan by loan under SBA's published fee schedule because SBA never published what it paid each lender, recalculated from the loan-level file on 19 September 2026 and summed again in the platform row of the fee ranking.
Before you quote a row
- Population. The rows sum to 11,468,171 loans, 39 fewer than the 11,468,210 rows in the 2024-09-30 source release. 28 source rows carry a blank
OriginatingLender. The other 11 are the loans of one lender, $265,044.37 in all, whose name in the source file contains a byte that is not valid UTF-8; the reader that built this table drops those rows when it groups on the lender name (measured on the thirteen source files, 2026-09-21). This archive's own ranking of originating lenders counts them: 4,688 named lenders, 11,468,182 loans. The published table is left as it is and the difference stated here rather than adjusted away. - Jobs are self-reported.
JobsReportedis what the borrower wrote on the application; SBA did not verify it at origination, and for the smallest loans it is often 1 by construction. - Dollars are approved, not paid out. Cancelled and reduced loans are reflected in the current approved amount; disbursement and forgiveness are separate fields in the source file.
- Network rows. A lender on the Blueacorn partner list contributes all of its loans to the Blueacorn row, not only the aggregator-sourced ones. The Womply count is built differently: court-record figures for three lenders and the 2021 loans of four others (Womply loan count).
- Lender attribution is reconciled because the raw platform fields misattribute some volume.
