ORDER 
This matter comes before the Court on Defendant’s Renewed 
Motion For Leave to File Under Seal to Avoid Severe Prejudice to 
Defendant’s Right to Fair Trial (Doc. #104) filed on March 17, 
2021.  The Court continues to find that defendant has not satisfied 
his burden of justifying the filing of the motion under seal.  
Whatever legal arguments defendant intends to make and whatever 
relief defendant intends to seek must be in a public filing.  The 
Court, however, will allow defendant to file, under temporary seal, 
documents which defendant asserts support his legal arguments but 
are of a nature that they must be sealed.  As defendant recognizes 
(Doc. #104, pp. 6-7), the Court may unseal any such submissions 
after review, and the Court will unseal all submissions at some 
point.   
Accordingly, it is hereby

1. Defendant’s Renewed Motion For Leave to File Under Seal to 
Avoid Severe Prejudice to Defendant’s Right to Fair Trial (Doc. 
#104) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. 
2.  Defendant shall file his motion by close of business 
today, March 18, 2021. 
3.  The government may file a written response, or the Court 
will hear the government’s position at the scheduled final pretrial 
conference on March 19, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.
