ORDER 
This matter comes before the Court on defendant’s Motion For 
Pre-Trial Ruling on Admissibility of United States Small Business 
Administration (SBA) Videos and Fact Sheet (Doc. #98) filed on 
March 16, 2021.  The Government filed its Response in Opposition 
(Doc. #105) on March 18, 2021. 
The motion in limine seeks a pre-trial determination that 
certain videos and fact sheets are admissible at trial.  From the 
representations of the parties, the Court cannot determine either 
the relevance nor the admissibility of any or all of the items.  
As stated in an observation attributed to defendant, it may indeed 
“depend on the testimony of the government witnesses.”  (Doc. 
#105, p. 5, n.4.)   
Accordingly, it is hereby 
ORDERED: 
Defendant’s Motion For Pre-Trial Ruling on Admissibility of 
United States Small Business Administration (SBA) Videos and Fact 
Sheet (Doc. #98) is DENIED.
