information being presented to the jury. Court will not allow any information or any reference to
the mortgage fraud during jury selection or opening statements. No mention of mortgage fraud
until the Court rules.
Potential jurors escorted into courtroom and seated. Court addresses the jurors and advises of
the process, procedures, and estimated length of trial. Potential jurors introduce themselves.
Court summarizes the second superseding indictment. Witnesses names read to the jurors. Court
continues instruction and questions the jurors.

jurors escorted into the courtroom. Court addresses the jurors and advises of the process,
procedures, and estimated length of trial. Potential jurors introduce themselves. Potential jurors
acknowledge previous Court summary of the second superseding indictment. Court continues
instruction and questions the jurors.
