                                       Change of Plea Hearing

  Start Time: 8:36 AM           Court convenes.

  Present are: AUSA Trent Reichling and AUSA Michael Leeman on behalf of the government at
  plaintiff’s table along with Secret Service Agent Brian Kirby; Atty. Nicole Waid, Atty. Brian
  Dickerson, assistant Julie Bryan and Julie Campanini on behalf of the defendant, along with
  defendant, at the defense table.

  Counsel for defendant advises defendant intends to enter a plea of guilty to counts five and six of
  the second superseding indictment without benefit of a plea agreement.

  AUSA Reichling states that should defendant plead guilty to counts five and six, the
  government will move to dismiss count seven.

  Defendant sworn Court advised defendant of rights, minimum/maximum penalties, including the
  forfeiture provision, elements of the offense and sentencing guidelines relative to counts five
  and six of the second superseding indictment. Defendant entered a plea of guilty to Counts Five
  and Six of the second superseding indictment. Proffer of facts by the Government. Factual basis
  established. Court accepts the plea of guilty. Presentence report to be completed. Sentencing to
  be set separately.
