PSYCHIATRIC EXAMINATION 
Pursuant to Rule 12.2( c) of the Federal Rules of criminal procedure, the court upon the 
Governments motion will order a defendant to be examined under 18 USCS4242, if the 
defendant provides notice under Rule 12.2(a) to assert insanity as a defense. 
Defendant has not filed any notice under Rule 12.2(a) nor had any discussion with 
his attorney of record to file a notice. 
As a matter of fact Defendant rejected his attorneys request 3 times as a mitigating 
strategy. 
The defendant hereby filing this motion Pro Se, request the court to cancel the 
Order for Psychiatric Evaluation.
