IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA ATLANTA DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, v. CARL DELANO TORJAGBO, Defendant. CRIMINAL ACTION NO. 1:22-cr-00171-MLB-RDC ORDER A pretrial conference shall be held in this criminal action on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., before the undersigned Magistrate Judge.1 Pretrial motions shall be due on or before November 3, 2023. The Court finds that newly appointed counsel’s need to receive and review discovery constitutes good cause, and therefore, the interests of justice outweigh the public’s and the defendant=s rights to a speedy trial. The clerk is DIRECTED to exclude time from computation under the Speedy Trial Act pursuant to Title 18, United States Code, Section 3161(h)(7)(A) & (B)(i). 1 The Pretrial Conference will be conducted by telephone.
