ORDER 
Defendant Carl Delano Torjagbo has filed a Motion for Extension of Time to 
File Pretrial Motions [Doc. 72].  The government does not object.  Defendant Carl 
Delano Torjagbo’s motion is GRANTED.  Defendant Torjagbo shall have until 
December 8, 2023, to file pretrial motions. The pretrial conference is hereby 
rescheduled for Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.1   
 
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the period between the previously 
scheduled pretrial conference, November 8, 2023, and the date of the rescheduled 
pretrial conference, December 12, 2023, shall be excluded from Speedy Trial Act 
 
1   The Pretrial Conference will be conducted by telephone.  The Court will send instructions to all 
parties via email prior to the hearing.

calculations because the Court finds that the reason for the delay is for good cause, 
as defense counsel needs additional time to review discovery,  conduct necessary 
legal research, consult with Mr. Torjagbo, and to determine what potential pretrial 
motions to file.  The interests of justice in granting the continuance outweigh the 
public’s and the defendant=s rights to a speedy trial. 18 U.S.C. ' 3161, et seq. The 
clerk is DIRECTED to exclude time from computation under the Speedy Trial Act 
pursuant to Title 18, United States Code, Section 3161(h)(7)(A) & (B)(i).
