IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA ATLANTA DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. CARL DELANO TORJAGBO, a/k/a KARL LUCIUS DELANO CRIMINAL ACTION NO. 1:22-cr-171-MLB-RDC Order The Court having considered the government’s Motion for Psychiatric Examination of Defendant, and the Defendant’s response thereto, it is hereby ORDERED that the Defendant submit to a psychiatric examination pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 4242, at such time and under such circumstances as are specified by the examining psychiatrist, and it is further ORDERED that a psychiatric report be prepared and filed pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 4247(c).
