CARL DELANO TORJAGBO, A/K/A KARL LUCIUS DELANO CRIMINAL ACTION NO. 1:22-cr-171-MLB-RDC Motion for Psychiatric Examination of Defendant Pursuant to Rule 12.2(c) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, the United States of America hereby moves the Court to order the Defendant to submit to a psychiatric examination pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 4242 and order that a psychiatric report be filed pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 4247(c).
