Pending before the court is plaintiff’s motion for leave to file its complaint under seal,
ECF No. 3, and motion for a protective order, ECF No. 7. Plaintiff represents that its complaint
contains proprietary and confidential information. ECF No. 3 at 1.
The motion to seal is GRANTED. The court DEFERS its ruling on the motion for a
protective order until after the initial status conference.
