ORDER
Pending before the court in this bid protest is a motion to intervene filed by String King
Lacrosse LLC (“StringKing”). See ECF No. 29. StringKing moves to intervene as a plaintiff-
intervenor pursuant to Rule 24(a) or, alternatively, Rule 24(b), of the Rules of the Court of
Federal Claims. Id. Counsel for StringKing represents that it “has conferred with counsel for
[p]laintiff, AirBoss Defense Group, LLC (‘AirBoss’); [d]efendant, the United States; and
[d]efendant-[i]ntervenor, New York Embroidery Studio, Inc. (‘NYES’), and all parties stated that
they do not object to StringKing intervening in these proceedings.” Id. at 1.
For good cause shown, the motion to intervene is GRANTED. StringKing shall be
designated as a plaintiff-intervenor in the above-captioned matter.
It is so ORDERED.
