ORDER
Before the court is the status report filed by the government on April 15, 2024. ECF No.
31. The government represents that “[t]he parties are finalizing their discussions concerning how
judicial proceedings should proceed in this case.” Id. at 2. Now, “the [g]overnment, plaintiff,
AirBoss Defense Group, LLC, and defendant-intervenor, New York Embroidery Studio, Inc.,
respectfully propose filing a joint status report on April 17, 2024, to apprise the Court of the
parties’ positions.”1 Id.
Accordingly, the parties are DIRECTED to file a joint status report on April 17, 2024.
1 The government represents that “[c]ounsel for all parties except plaintiff-intervenor,
String King Lacrosse LLC (String King), consented to this filing. Counsel for String King did
not respond by the time of this filing to indicate String King’s position.” Id.
