RESPECTFULLY PRESENTING PETITION FOR ACTION OF COURT FOR CAUSE AS 
FOLLOWS: 
Denesseria Slaton was convicted and sentenced by the Court on August 30, 2022, to 46 months of 
imprisonment followed by 5 years of supervised release for the offense of Attempt and Conspiracy 
to Commit Wire Fraud. She was ordered to pay restitution jointly and severally with her co-
defendants in the amount of$2,412,222 (bal. $2,409,644.79). Ms. Slaton commenced supervision on 
July 22, 2025, at which time she was approved to live with her spouse. A t th e tim e of 
sentencin g , a payment s c h e du 1 e was not impo se d , a nd Ms. Slaton has 
signed the attached "Waiver of Hearing" agreeing to make monthly restitution payments in the 
amount of no less than $250. This officer recommends that the Court set Ms. Slaton's payment 
plan based on this amount.

Any portion of the restitution that is not paid in full at the time of the defendant's release from 
imprisonment shall become a condition of supervision and be paid at a monthly rate of at least
