Sentencing Hearing(Sentencing Hearing Non-evidentiary);
The Court held a Sentencing hearing on 6/21/22 via Zoom. There were 
objections to the PSR by Defendant as to Defendant's nature of 
participation in the commission of the offense. The PSR was adopted by 
the Court to which no further objections were raised. The Court found that 
neither aggravating nor mitigating roles apply in this case. The Court 
presented guideline calculations and sentencing options. Defense counsel 
spoke on Defendant's behalf. Defendant spoke on her behalf. The sentence 
was pronounced. The 3553 factors and appeal rights were given by the 
Court. On the Government’s objection, the Court held the proceeding open 
to reconsider the issue of whether an aggravating role enhancement should 
apply.  The parties will brief this issue, and the hearing will be reconvened 
at a later date.  See transcript for additional details.
