Dear Honorable I am writing you to letter to request that my date be moved to April the 19 that is the
date that my son will be released to come home from the hospital. Jeremy surgery was delayed by three
weeks . The surgery was suppose not take place on December 29th of 2022 however he did not get the
surgery until January 18th of 2023. I play a sufficient role in my sons recovery of getting home. If you
would find it in your heart to please grant me this final and last request. I am diffently ready to get this
sentence out the way and move on and become a respectable citizen and dmove on with the rest of my
life. I think I am suppose to report to Carswell on March 24th so if you could let me know if I can report
on April the 19th would be greatly appreciated.
