Sentencing Hearing(Sentencing Hearing Non-evidentiary);
The Court convened for a continuance of the sentencing hearing held on June 
21, 2022.  After discussing the additional briefing from counsel, the Court finds the 
government has met its burden for the Court to apply the three level 
enhancement for an aggravating role. Defendatn spoke.  Defendant is 
sentenced to 46 months in custody as to Count 1, 5 years of supervised 
release, $100 special assessment, $2,412,222 in restitution. Defendant shall 
voluntarily surrender no earlier than 90 days from today's date. Appeal rights 
given. No objections to the sentence.
