[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS’ 
ADMINISTRATIVE MOTION TO CONTINUE CMC 
CASE NO. 4:20-CV-03056-DMR 
 
Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Administrative Motion to Continue the Case Management 
Conference.  The Court has considered the papers and, good cause appearing, GRANTS the 
motion.  It is hereby ORDERED that: 
1. 
The Initial Case Management Conference set for August 5, 2020 is hereby 
continued, and shall be re-set for the first available date no less than 21 days after Plaintiffs file 
their proposed Consolidated Complaint, or a Consolidated Complaint consistent with any further 
order of the Court. 
2. 
The parties’ deadline to file Rule 26(f) Report, complete initial disclosures or state 
objection in Rule 26(f) Report and file Case Management Statement per Standing Order re 
Contents of Joint Case Management Statement, currently set for July 29, 2020, is hereby vacated 
and shall be continued to seven days before the Initial Case Management Conference.
