I, Jason S. Hartley, declare as follows:

I am a member of the bar of this court and am a partner with Hartley LLP, counsel 
for Plaintiffs Carrie Anderson, Brian McCrudden and Jeffrey Schwedock’s (the Anderson 
Plaintiffs) in the Anderson v. Plaid, Inc. action, Case No. 3:20-cv-4480 (N.D. Cal.).  I make this 
declaration in support of the Anderson Plaintiffs’ Administrative Motion to Consider Whether 
Cases Should Be Related.   I have personal knowledge of the facts stated herein and, if called as a 
witness, I could and would competently testify thereto.
